Processing & Delivery Time:

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation
• Delivery within the UAE usually takes 1 to 3 business days
• Delivery to Saudi Arabia and GCC countries takes 3 to 7 business days

Courier Services:

We work with trusted courier companies and a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped

Shipping Fees:

• UAE: Free shipping on orders over AED 500
• GCC: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

• Accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order
• One free exchange is allowed per order
• Any additional exchange or return will be at the customer’s expense
