  • The item is in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included
  • The item shows no signs of wear, stains, misuse, or poor handling

Note: Any item that fails to meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Return requests made after 3 days from delivery
  • Items that are worn, washed, stained, altered, or used
  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
  • Items damaged due to poor usage or mishandling
  • Customized or personalized scrubs

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, a short explanation of the reason for return, and clear photos of the item showing its current condition and packaging

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

  • Nourmal F is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email confirming the status of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense, without a refund.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with a different size or color, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.
